A formatting table should not include tags or attributes that are specific to data tables.
In other words, the:
<caption>, <th>, <thead> and <tfoot> tags must not be used in formatting tables.scope, headers, axis, colgroup and summary attributes must not be used in formatting tables.
The role attribute can be used to indicate that a table is a layout table: <table role=“presentation”>
