9.1.2. Do not use tags or attributes that are specific to data tables in formatting tables
A formatting table should not include tags or attributes that are specific to data tables.
In other words, the:
<caption>,<th>,<thead>and<tfoot>tags must not be used in formatting tables.scope,headers,axis,colgroupandsummaryattributes must not be used in formatting tables.
Tip
The role attribute can be used to indicate that a table is a layout table: <table role=“presentation”>
